or just come for a lovely buffet dinner !Dear Friends,
The Lindsay Place Alumni Foundation and the Otis Grant & Friends Foundation will hold its annual golf tournament on Thursday, June 28, 2018, at the Windmill Heights Golf Club located in Notre Dame de L’Ile Perrot.

We encourage you to join us for a fun-filled Vegas-style tournament that will begin with a shotgun start at one o’clock. We would suggest that you form a foursome (at a cost of $700.00) to enter the tournament. The cost for individual golfers is $175.00 and we can match you up with other players. The entry fee entitles you to an enjoyable day of golf which includes green fees, cart, prizes, a buffet style dinner and a tax receipt for your $50.00 donation. If you would like a guest to join you for dinner, the cost will be $65.00.

We are also seeking sponsors for the tournament. To sponsor a hole costs $150.00. In return, a sign bearing the company’s name and logo will be displayed close to the tee box. Also, the company name and logo will be included in the golf tournament’s program.

Proceeds from this tournament will enable the Lindsay Place Alumni Foundation to help educate our children for the future and the Otis Grant & Friends Foundation to serve its community.

To register for the golf tournament or to sign up as a sponsor, use one of these methods.

Method One: Go to our website lphsgrads.org to register for the golf tournament. You will pay using PayPal.

Method Two: Complete the registration form attached to this letter. Mail a cheque, made out to the “Lindsay Place Alumni Foundation”, and the completed registration form to the following address:
